By implementing simple processes across all three options, you can achieve exponential growth in your profitability. By understanding your key margins and implementing simple changes to the way that you do business, you can uncover massive hidden profits.

3. Managing the cash! Effective cash management is essential. Even if you are awash with cash, ensure that you have effective cash management processes to maximise the levels of cash within your business.

Implement structured processes to collect debts in a timely fashion. Negotiate terms with suppliers that either allows you to extend the period of credit or provides you with discounts for early payment. Never pay before you have to and alway encourage others to pay you ahead of any agreed credit terms.
